| Mr. Cerminara has 19 years of successful
marketing, sales and management experience. He has been trading at Bull'sEye
since 1995. His most recent projects include developing new channels of
distribution for PM Company, business development at SunLite Casual Furniture
and Vice President of Marketing/Sales at Erving Paper Products. Inc. Mr.
Cerminara was Director of Marketing at .Scott Foodservice, a division of Scott
Paper Company where he spent several years in various marketing and field sales
roles. His work experiences include consulting, marketing, leadership, field
sales management, territory sales, and food & beverage operations. Much of
Mr. Cerminara's success in marketing and sales is driven by continuous
education and training combined with his work experiences resulting in his full
understanding of the marketing and sales functions. He is a graduate of James
Madison University where he earned a B.S. degree in Hotel and Restaurant
Management/Business Administration and has successfully completed the executive
marketing management program at Columbia University. Mr. Cerminara has been
active with the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, the
National Paper Trade Association, the Color Marketing Group, the National
Restaurant Association, the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association and
Manufacturers Representatives of America. |

| Mr. Connelly began his career with the Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA. He Started as a licensed Investor
Infomation Representative in 1999. Then he was promoted to the Individual Marketing Department in 2000 where he served as a Project Coordonator
for two years. He then moved on to Bull'sEye in August 2002. He worked in the main office for 10 months in Hershey, PA. Mr. Connelly was then
relocated to the Maryland Territory where he now resides. He is a graduate of Kutztown University in PA, and of Upper Merion Area High
School in King of Prussia, PA. |
