Mr. McCollum began his career with Hoffmaster/Scott Paper Company in 1987. His successful track record started in the Metro NY District as Sales Representative. In 1990, he was promoted to Area Sales Manager of the New Jersey District. Mr. McCollum was promoted to Territory Sales Manager of MD, DC and VA in 1991. His accomplishments include receiving the prestigious H-Force Award in 1996. In conjunction with this award Mr. McCollum became a liaison for the field sales organization to the marketing department. He assumed responsibility for implementing corporate programs and represented Hoffmaster at national conferences and trade shows. Mr. McCollum has extensive experience in managing and training food service sales representatives. Mr. McCollum is a graduate of Beaver College and St. Joseph's Prep.

Mr. Connelly began his career with the Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA as a licensed marketing associate in 1999. From there, he started with Bull's Eye, Inc. in the Spring of 2001 and moved from PA to the Maryland market where he currently resides. Mr. Connelly is a graduate of Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA.

Mr. Cobb began his sales career with A.N. Smith & Company of Baltimore in 1986.   After learning the industrial and foodservice ingredients business from Mr. Neale Smith, Mr. Cobb was hired by Reynolds Metals Company in 1989 as their territory manager for Baltimore and Western Maryland.  By successfully building the Reynolds foodservice business in the Baltimore region, he was promoted to National Accounts Manager in 1996 and was transferred to Reynolds’ headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.  In this role, he had sales responsibilities for independent buying groups, QSR chains, casual dining chains, customized distribution and contract feeding organizations.  In 2004,  Mr. Cobb was promoted to Regional Sales Manager – Southeast for foodservice and supermarket distribution for Reynolds Food Packaging, a business of Alcoa.  In this capacity, he directed the sales of Reynolds packaging portfolio in nine states with five direct reports and eleven brokerage companies.  He is an alumnus of St. Paul’s School in Baltimore and holds a B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University.
