| Mr. O'Toole has 16 successful years in the
food service industry. Most recently Mr. O'Toole served as District Manager in
the NY/NJ market for Hoffmaster. He began his career with Hoffmaster, a
division of Scott Paper Company in 1987. In 1990 he was promoted to Area Sales
Manager of the New York District. Mr. O'Toole was promoted to District Sales
Manager of New York/New Jersey in 1992. During his ten years at
Hoffmaster/Scott Paper Company he has consistently led the nation in custom
product sales and steadily grown revenue and volume with his distributors. Mr.
O'Toole has established an excellent reputation and solid relationships with
the major distributors in the Metro NY Market. He was voted Manufacturer
Representative of the Year at Eastern Bag in 1996. His other work experience
includes two years with Sweetheart Cup. Mr. O'Toole is a graduate of Iona
College in NY. |

| Mr. Murphy has several succesful years in the Hospitality and Service Industry.
Before joing Bulls'Eye in 2001, he held several positions with Marriott Management Services and later Sodexho. His work experience includes managing several accounts in Food Services, Environmental Services, and Facilities.
He and his accounts have won awards for excellence in leadership and service. Mr. Murphy served on the Product
Development Committee for Sodexho bringing new products and initiatives throughout Sodexho. Mr. Murphy
is a graduate of Seton Hall University and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Long Island
University. |

| Mr. Gallitelli just recently joined the Bull'sEye team in March of 2007.
While new to Bull'sEye, Mr. Gallitelli has over 20 successful years in the Hospitality, Healthcare and
Foodservice Industry. His most recent career success was working as a District Sales Manager for SYSCO
Foodservices of Metro NY. Over the course of eleven plus years at SYSCO, Mr. Gallitelli was responsible
for handling one of the largest sales volume districts in the company, while earning District of the Year
recognition in 2003. Keys to his success consist of sales leadership, business development and account
relationship management. In addition to SYSCO, Mr. Gallitelli spent eight years with Bunzl USA /Marstan
Industries as an Account Representative, calling on a diverse base of clients in the healthcare, jan/san,
rd and foodservice industries. Mr. Gallitelli is a graduate of James Madison University where he earned a
B.S. degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. |
